Surveillance Lead is accountable for 90 days production volume delivery in their respective region. The incumbent is expected deliver the (0-90) production activities with support from ICE (integrated collaborative environment) team and field ops in accordance with Shell standards and guidelines. This position is a member of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary operations team focused on optimising both in the short and medium term across their area to maximise volume and value to QGC.
The position reports directly to the Well Reservoir & Facility Management (WRFM) Area Lead and would be responsible for:-
Accountable for 90 Day Production Delivery
Responsible for daily field Surveillance
Responsible deferral management of wells and facilities with detail categorisation to identify bad actors
Support the Area WRFM lead on framing the medium-term objectives and delivery• Interface with WRFM team to frame and the field surveillance plan for each catchment• Responsible for FBHP Optimisation & tracking
Review and manage R&O within the 90 days window• Responsible for managing the field GTP• Responsible for 90day FBHP optimisation plan, in accordance with reservoir management plan• Liaises with the WRFM surface engineer and Field Production team to deliver the required volumes of gas to meet daily nominations, maximising the production potential across the field.
Works with WRFM Wells Engineer on WSF prioritisation and rig scheduling
Provides input to field surveillance routines and performance reports Requirements To be successful in the role you need to be recognised as a strong technical player in the Production Operations community, you should have experience in the use of Production Systems for monitoring real-time operations. Familiarity/experience in CSG operations, PCP and other artificial lift systems, solids challenges, familiarity with and understanding of the reasons behind past success in the continuous improvement of CSG production operations.
We are looking for someone with an Engineering degree preferred in Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical or another technical related discipline. You should have experience in a technical position; including Production Operations, Well Engineering, Process Engineering, Production Technology or Reservoir Engineering is an advantage but not a requirement.
You should have concise communication skills & willingness to learn quickly. Capable integrator, experienced with delivering in a collaborative team environment. High commitment to safety and environment. The incumbent will be required to travel to Surat sites on a regular basis, the role is based in Brisbane.
