A challenging and varied role with a progressive entity in Malaysia, where the professional is required to posses minimum 10 years experiences as Seismic Interpreter and minimum 6 years Reservoir/Development Geophysics work.
Key Responsibilities
To Lead on geophysical data Interpretation and evaluation leading to optimal Reservoir Evaluation – carried out in FDP, FFP and EOR processes, and be involved in Quality Assurance Review – VAR, PRG and ARPR and to lead in evaluation and acquisition of new opportunity and/or asset.
To Develop technical capability and talent pool of technical expertise and lead application and replication of technology and best practices as part of the Company global competitive advantage in field appraisal, development and production.
Lead and advise on geophysical interpretation, time-depth conversion, mapping and generate multi-seismic attribute by using latest technology for static models building in development/FDP projects, FFR and EOR projects.
Ensure optimum geophysical data application in formulating Field Development Plan (FDP) and Full Field Review (FFR) study.
Lead and resolve geophysical operations during drilling and field data acquisitions including surface seismic acquisition, borehole seismic acquisition and seismic data processing.

Qualification Required
BSc degree in Geophysics/Geology/Physics or other related Science or Engineering majors
Experience Required
10 years experiences as Seismic Interpreter and minimum 6 years Reservoir/Development Geophysics work
Skills Required
Advance knowledge in Seismic Interpretation, Time-Depth Conversion, Seismic Attributes analysis (including AVO and Inversion)
Experienced in FDP/FFR projects deliverables. Advantage if have experience in unconventional, EOR/IOR projects.
