Description

We are looking for a reservoir engineer with a broad reservoir characterization skillset and strong dynamic simulation and modeling experience who will be part of the corporate reservoir characterization team. This individual will be involved in different integrated project teams (IPT’s) integrating and coordinating reservoir studies and performing reservoir simulation and dynamic modeling for HOC’s assets. This person will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and reservoir types, Conventional, Unconventional, CO2 flood, naturally fractured reservoirs, oil, gas and gas condensate, etc.
Required Skills
Numerical simulation with industry standard tools (Eclipse, Intersect, or other)
Uncertainty quantification and evaluation
Integration and coordination of reservoir studies
Experience with other RE modeling tools, Petex, Kappa, Harmony, etc.
Standard reservoir engineering evaluation (Material balance, decline analysis, RTA, PTA, OFM)
PVT Characterization, SCAL and rock properties.
Mentor Jr. Reservoir Eng.

Required Experience
5 + years of experience in Reservoir Engineering
Preferred 10 years in simulation and reservoir modeling
RE operations and development planning
Work within integrated reservoir characterization teams
