Requisition Number 15-0048 Title Senior Staff Reservoir Engineer Job Family Engineer City Houston Description Conduct new play entry and acquisition economic analyses using knowledge of decision tree analysis, risking profiles, ability to generate new venture type curves with minimal data and full-field development planning and petroleum and development acquisition economics. Design and execute Haynesville development plan. Conduct forecasting and technical reservoir analysis using Aries economic software, Fekete engineering software, and Enersight planning software. Reserve booking strategies and implementation using SEC guidelines for conventional and unconventional reservoirs. Evaluate, prioritize workover, recompletion and new drill inventory. Work closely with other technical team members to perform inter-disciplinary integrated reservoir studies. Utilize field performance, depletion, and compression practices, and economic impact analysis to ascertain optimum timing of installing field compression. Assess and evaluate options, timing, and impact of future development drilling associated with the field development plan. Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 10 years of progressively responsible experience in oil and gas exploration & production in conventional and unconventional reservoirs.
