Senior Reservoir Engineering Technician I
Maintain OFM/Spotfire databases. Work with engineers to make sure data is correct.
Help build and maintain complex Spotfire projects using multiple data sets.
Gather and organize production data from both public and internal databases.
Maintain and conduct quality control, organization, and analysis of production, technical and economic data from both public sources and internal databases.
Maintain technical databases on a daily basis.
Monitor well activity including proposed work and work in progress.
Coordinate all information from internal and external databases into report formats for review by team members.
Fulfill data requests from other departments as needed.
Works with moderate supervision and receives significant training.
Strong desire to learn new methods and technologies
Able to be self-driven and take the initiative
Works well with others.
Previous work experience utilizing computer systems and applications as tools for analysis
Demonstrated understanding of oil and gas industry terminology
Minimum of 4 years of experience as an engineering technician
Must be able to work in the United States indefinitely
Proficient in Access, Excel, OFM, Spotfire, Drillinginfo and/or IHS Enerdeq
Experience in Aries, Arcmap GIS
Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred
