The Role: Houston basedAsset development in the Midland basin -- development, reserve forecasts, AFE's, project economics and production optimization. Team collaboration on well performance and support and guidance for field level projects to meet drill schedule requirements.Requirements:-BA or Masters in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline-Minimum 10 years experience as a Reservoir Engineer for an unconventional O&G; operator (preferably in the Permian Basin)Necessary Experience:-reserve estimations using decline curve analysis, production surveillance, economic evaluations-production engineering strategies to optimize O&G; recovery through various artificial lift methods(ESP, gas lift, rod pump)-completion engineering strategies to maximize well production-proficiency in Aries, IHS Harmony, MS Office Suite, Spotfire, Tableau, Rodstar & XSPOCJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $150,000.00 /yearExperience:Reservoir Engineering: 10 years (Required)Aries software: 1 year (Required)Unconventional O&G;: 10 years (Required)Spotfire: 1 year (Required)Permian Basin: 5 years (Required)IHS Harmony software: 1 year (Required)Education:Bachelor's (Required)Job Location:Houston, TX (Preferred)
