Provides technical support for Reservoir Formation and Testing Services where analysis of data requires having a broad knowledge of the product line's tools and/or services.
Responsible for Formation Pressure and Sampling Analysis to support the operations for Wireline Logging and LWD services real time operation. And also RCI Mini DST and VITs applications.
Provides advice and direction to customer as appropriate for job planning and results to ensure objectives have been met.
Conducts formation testing and fluid sampling studies using appropriate, state-of-the-art techniques including well test and PVT analysis. May lead small project teams or manage simple projects
Expected to maintain frequent intra-organizational and customer contacts with a high degree of professionalism.
Develop and demonstrate proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of geoscience support for Wire Line Logging and LWD Services.

Executes other related duties as assigned.



Skills/ knowledge


Excellent problem solving skills with a drive for results. Must be action oriented, ethical in value, and have a strong client focus. Excellent written and verbal communication.

Must be able to work both independently and as part of multi-disciplined teams working with an extensive client base.

Must be highly motivated with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Demonstrates knowledge of reservoir engineering principles and technical aspects of Wireline and LWD formation pressure testing and fluid sampling.

Understands the Drilling and Formation Evaluation business. Basic knowledge of reservoir Petrophysics and log interpretation.



Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline with minimum 3 years relevant work experience or Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline with minimum 2 years relevant work experience or PhD in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline with minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.

Service company experience  of WFT- (Wireline Formation Tester), mini-DST/Frac Company is an advantage.
