  • Engineer accurate and timely Reserve Reports
  • Estimate and classify reserves under SPE and/or SEC guidelines
  • Monitor work plan and staffing for all phases of project, across multiple projects
  • Provide timely support and communication with client
  • Coordinate activities of the project utilizing a technical support staff
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members throughout course of projects
  • Collaborate with team members to determine best practices, project optimization, and methodologies
  • Investigate and implement best practices that ensure the organization maintains its superior technical reputation
  • Prepare final deliverables including reports and documentation of findings
  • Present data to internal management and external customers
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships through networking at industry events


  • Bachelor’s degree required in Petroleum, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering
  • Professional Engineer’s license
  • 6+ years of reserves estimation experience (consulting experience preferred)
  • Experience in deterministic and probabilistic reserves estimation techniques in conventional and unconventional reservoirs
  • Understanding of SPE and SEC reserves classification guidelines
  • Proficiency in PHDWin and ARIES economic software packages
  • Experience using Spotfire and Petra a plus
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment
  • Ability to interact effectively at multiple levels in support of customer relationships
