Senior Reservoir Consultant required for Oman • Review basic well files and reports • Review and analyze the wells pressures, samples and well test data. • Review and validate any analytical/simulation model or test/development report to look for any opportunity that was overlooked or can be optimized. • Come up with expected fluid properties summary • Perform study on wells spacing to get the optimum well spacing for each field. • Provide a forecasting production profiles for the discoveries, potential prospects and existing fields. (preferably aware of PDO ARPR process CP-186) • Work closely with the drilling, production and geoscience to come up with conceptional development plan (number of wells, completions, etc.) • Identify the uncertainties and how to can be mitigated. • Execute FDP outcomes and related activities • Direct and monitor the completion and evaluation of wells, well testing and well surveys. • Monitor production rates and plan rework processes in order to improve production. • Analyze data in order to recommend placement of wells and supplementary processes to enhance production. • Prepare programs for well completions, well testing, PLT, RFT, PVT surveys. • Review well data to find suitable candidates for increasing production by simulation, perforating or artificial lift optimization and generate production forecasts. • Compile and run reservoir models to identify various aspects of reservoir behavior (Good user of ECLIPSE/Petrel RE simulator). • Carry out analysis of technical data and studies, including well tests, production performance, PLT, PVT and SCAL data. • Participate in reservoir modelling and simulation studies (As reviewer if required). • Plan, Review and evaluate WF projects - required also to help raising the knowledge of the young RE staff • Plan, Review and evaluate CSS projects - required also to help raising the knowledge of the young RE staff • Plan, Review and evaluate Polymer projects - required also to help raising the knowledge of the young RE staff • Perform general coaching and assistance to young REs and trainees. • Have experience in hydraulic fracturing for oil or gas wells. between 18 and 20K including all the expenses. (flights & accomodation costs) Starting early March 2020
