Job Description
You will work in a team environment conducting local and semi-regional scale evaluations of the hydrocarbon potential to generate new exploration opportunities. As a petrophysicist you will have responsibility and a key role towards digital analysis and machine learning (Digitalization). Work tasks will be related to technical G&G work and comprise: Generate single and multi-well petrophysical evaluations Give input to prospect evaluation through data analysis Exploration well planning and follow-up drilling operationsLead and develop data acquisition strategy for exploration wellsPreparation of technical support material towards license partners Post well evaluation and reportingMaintain and develop a digital database
MSc or equivalent geology, mathematics, physics or engineering In-depth understanding of petrophysics/physics Good understanding of uncertainty management Relevant software (Geolog) and programming experience is desirableExperience as petrophysicist is desirable 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
