Work with subsurface and operations teams to ensure production is fully optimised via reservoir and well surveillance
Build, maintain and use appropriate petroleum engineering tools e.g. Prosper, GAP, etc.
Work with subsurface and drilling teams to optimise completion design for new wells and workover strategy
Work with subsurface and well engineering to identify potential well interventions to increase production and/or gather critical information
Be responsible for management of production data, identifying, justifying and implementing improvements
Interface with operations personnel to ensure subsurface requirements are delivered e.g. during well operations
Required to go offshore when required during critical well operations or workovers
Ability to work with individuals from a varied background in a multi-cultural environment.
Presents themselves in a professional and ethical manner appropriate to the EnQuest values.

Demonstrate experience in a production environment in a Production Technology or Well Engineering capacity. Experience in ESP and other artificial lift methods essential
Minimum of 10 years oil industry experience
Working knowledge of petroleum geology, petrophysics and reservoir engineering techniques is essential as the position involves work within a multidisciplinary team
Offshore experience essential, ideally with well completions and interventions
Degree qualified – relevant engineering degree
Able to demonstrate an aptitude for learning and continuous personal and professional development
Petroleum Engineering degree would be advantageous
Offshore survival and medical certification
