Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Senior Hydrocarbon Sales Coordinator based in AberdeenResponsibilities will include:Review, manage and operationalise Hydrocarbon Sales Agreements, producing accurate and auditable hydrocarbon stock/custody transfer records and accurate monthly billings for all products. Together with the Regional Commercial Advisors you will review tariff/ad-hoc obligation management tasks within transportation agreements. Carrying key responsibilities such as overseeing tanker arrangements, optimising tanker offtake operations and being responsible for HSEQ and contract management for tanker operations you play a vital role in the team.Liaise externally, maintaining good working relationships, with the relevant personnel, principally, port authorities, terminal managers, and vessel masters also, reviewing and managing Joint Marketing Agreements (JMA's) and Joint Lifting Agreements (JLA's) and subsequently ensuring resulting obligations are met in a timely manner.Administer crude oil spot sales & term sales agreements with buyers for offshore loaded/terminal grades and manage and oversee all oil and gas sales nominations in a timely manner and in compliance with agreements as well as beach entry capacity and compliance within the EU carbon emissions scheme - maintaining an up to date knowledge of the scheme rules.
