Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Senior Hydrocarbon Sales Coordinator based in AberdeenResponsibilities will include:Review, manage and operationalise Hydrocarbon Sales Agreements, producing accurate and auditable hydrocarbon stock/custody transfer records and accurate monthly billings for all products. Together with the Regional Commercial Advisors you will review tariff/ad-hoc obligation management tasks within transportation agreements. Carrying key responsibilities such as overseeing tanker arrangements, optimising tanker offtake operations and being responsible for HSEQ and contract management for tanker operations you play a vital role in the team.Liaise externally, maintaining good working relationships, with the relevant personnel, principally, port authorities, terminal managers, and vessel masters also, reviewing and managing Joint Marketing Agreements (JMA's) and Joint Lifting Agreements (JLA's) and subsequently ensuring resulting obligations are met in a timely manner.Administer crude oil spot sales & term sales agreements with buyers for offshore loaded/terminal grades and manage and oversee all oil and gas sales nominations in a timely manner and in compliance with agreements as well as beach entry capacity and compliance within the EU carbon emissions scheme - maintaining an up to date knowledge of the scheme rules. Authorised to trade on the EU Registry on behalf of the Company, you will manage and administer the pricing database and monthly sales reporting.Qualifications & ExperienceDegree qualified, with strong E&P Commercial skills and experience, strong numeracy background.E&P Commercial skills, experience and credibility including expertise in the area of Hydrocarbon Sales and transportation agreement management.Understanding of the E&P Value Chain and awareness of Commercial opportunities/risks and their appropriate management/mitigation.Excellent business acumen and up-to-date knowledge of industry/regulatory practices and emerging trends combined with the desire and skills to challenge the 'status quo'.Excellent people and communications skills.Good collaboration and team working skills.Knowledge of the market for gas and crude oil in the UK and NEW; the context dynamics and key players.Microsoft packages.Business Objects/Energy Components experience desirable.Permanent positionIf you feel that you are well suited to the above opportunity and would like to find out more then please contact Orion Group for more information or apply by forwarding your current CV quoting reference 920076 Our role in supporting diversity and inclusionAs an international workforce business, we are committed to sourcing personnel that reflects the diversity and values of our client base but also that of Orion Group.
