Senior Development Geologist· 10-15 years seniority as Development Geologist· Proficient in geological modeling using Petrel suite· Proven track record on field development and depletion planning and execution· Adept in Geology, Sedimentology, Structural Geology, and Petrophysics· Good knowledge of reservoir engineering fundamentals· Knowledgeable in open hole logging tools and operations· Acquainted with wellsite operations geology· Past experience working in multi-cultural and multi-discipline environments· Main computer literacy: Petrel suite· HSE conscious· Good command of spoken and written English· Team work: able to fit into a multi-cultural and multi-discipline team; develop collaborative platforms with Geophysics, Petrophysics and Reservoir Engineering· Interpersonal: capacity to develop good working relationships with superiors and peers within the organization· Problem solving: systematic approach to technical tasks relating to field modeling; ability to propose different field development-depletion scenarios· Self-management: flexibility to adapt to priorities in a changing work environment; able to work without direct supervision· Communication: effective interaction skills required to integrate into a multi-cultural environment· Coaching-mentoring: capable and willing to train and develop less experienced job peers· QC and validate static data (mud logs, core descriptions, formation logs, formation fluid pressure records, conventional and special core analyses, sedimentological reports, geomechanical studies, etc.)· Pre-modeling data preparation· Construct geological models integrating all available static and dynamic data (geomodeling)· QC geological model results and check for consistence with Geophysics and Reservoir Engineering· Select development well locations in coordination with Geophysics and Reservoir Engineering· Prepare the geological section of the Intents To Drill· Propose and coordinate data acquisition and studies programs· Follow and promote HSE good practices· Geology MSc degree, or equivalentJob Type: Full-timeExperience:development Geologist: 10 years (Required)
