Our client is a leading tank storage provider for Oil & Gas and Chemical products with many of the global O&G; majors and Chemical players being their customers worldwide. We are currently recruiting for a dynamic individual who is a strong relationship builder to take up the post of Senior Account Manager specifically to manage their Petroleum customers. This is a high potential role with good career progression opportunities within the organisation.
This position will primarily be focused on maintaining and enhancing the business relationship with established clients while building and growing new relationships with potential clients and other stakeholders through networking and regular contact. With support of the Commercial Manager, he/she will be required to negotiate, conclude, document and administer storage/ service agreements with clients. Team work with other departments (Operations, HSSE, Maintenance/ Engineering) to constantly look at ways to improve the terminals performance to maintain client satisfaction will also be a key function of the role.
You will have a Business or Engineering degree with 10-15 years of sales or account management commercial experience in capital-asset-intensive industries. Knowledge of petroleum products will be an added advantage but not a must. Excellent communication and presentation skills with good analytical capabilities will be required. A high level of energy and the ability to manage customer interface at senior management level will be important attributes to the success of this position.
