Can you bring leadership, technical excellence, business development and mentoring to a team that are hungry for development. Being recognised for the quality of our people, do you have the talent for articulating complex ideas to clients that shows that we can solve their pressing issues?

The team’s offer to the market is unique as Arcadis provides Design and Consultancy services in combination with deep expertise in built assets. Our Water Team is involved in some of the UK’s most complex and stimulating projects that are both diverse and technically demanding and we can provide global opportunities as we embrace cross-region collaboration.

We have an enviable reputation in the delivery of projects and are working closely with some of the UK’s most established and recognisable organisations, undertaking a wide array of projects to enhance the UK’s water environment. Working particularly within the Regulated Water markets and with clients such as the Environment Agency, Canal & River Trust and Local Authorities, as well as providing our expertise to our HS2 and Lower Thames Crossing projects.

Overview of Role

Reporting to the Business Director / Head of Engineering, this is a senior role that will be responsible for managing the technical delivery of projects and client technical oversite to meet budget, time-frame and quality targets, meeting or exceeding client expectations, promoting and marketing all facets of Arcadis' services during interfaces with clients and other sectors and disciplines, contributing towards the achievement of the divisional business plan and building networks within the industry.

The role will be negotiable on the office base, however we have offices and projects throughout the UK and you will be required to travel to ensure team and client collaboration is maximised.

We’re hard to pin down as a business. But while our work spans many disciplines - from consultancy to engineering and architecture to cost management, it’s united under a common vision. We see people where others see projects, and we recognise that when we design environments we impact lives. We’re here to show the magnitude of that opportunity to the world. To bring it to life for our clients and the customers they serve.

A career for the big thinkers:

Our vision needs people who see the bigger picture. Who bring their expertise to life with spark and imagination. And see possibility where others see limits.

Finally - and most importantly - you’ll be offered an environment where you can go anywhere. A highly competitive remuneration package; a pension scheme that matches to 8%; the best development programmes in the industry; and a working culture where you can finally put your ideas and potential into practice.

If that speaks to you, talk to us!
