WSP is currently initiating a search for a Reservoir Storage Manager within the U.S. Energy business unit. The qualified individual will assist in developing, marketing and coordinating the Company’s new Storage Integrity Management Plan (SIMPL). Once the program is in place, some travel will be expected to visit executive management and/or view storage facilities and answer client questions about their particular storage operation asset integrity issues. Therefore, strong familiarity with storage operations is critical. Duties and Responsibilities: -Works with Business Development manager to develop and integrate plan strategies into existing and future business processes. Coordinates gathering of well data from storage field facilities. -Directs an in-house team of engineers and geoscientists to review gas storage well records and detect gaps or deficiencies. -Prioritizes areas of concern for compliance with existing and future regulatory frameworks. -Represents the Company at technical conferences, seminars and webinars. -Works with Business Development team members to maintain good customer relations. Minimum Qualifications:
BS Petroleum Engineering or equivalent with minimum 15+ years work experience as a Gas Storage Manager or Gas Storage Engineer in the oil and gas midstream industry with demonstrated and proven storage expertise including drilling, workover and well integrity management.
Must have familiarity with DOT/PHMSA, FERC, and various State and Local regulatory processes. 3rd
Ability to interact with executives as well as field facility management is important.
Preferred Qualifications
Sales and marketing experience a plus.
