By pushing people to reach their potential, we frequently help them find skills they never knew they had, or make career moves they never thought possible. Job Description:The successful candidate would plan and deliver a quantitative interpretation of seismic data to support prospect volumes and risking, and improvement of reservoir models.Purpose and Accountabilities:Deploy appropriate techniques such as forward seismic modeling, amplitude analysis including AVO and seismic inversion for reservoir properties.Collaborate with QI PP and other relevant disciplines on QI rock and fluid model calibration.Ensure integration of the QI results into prospect volumes and risking and static/dynamic reservoir model.sDeploy and interpret non-seismic data as appropriate for basin, prospect and field studiesLiaise proactively with development assets and exploration to identify opportunities for reservoir geophysical contributions to the business and mature them to projects;Job Requirements:Advanced degree in Geophysics or equivalent qualificationsMinimum of five years of experience, including experience in Quantitative Interpretation; Hands-on skills in reservoir characterization or quantitative interpretation, including seismic inversion, AvO analysis, forward geophysics modeling, rock physics analysis, seismic fancied prediction & well calibration. Experience with Deepwater Brazil is preferred. General knowledge on seismic acquisition & processing.
