Weatherford Laboratories also has a laboratory in Trondheim for advanced core flooding experiments.

The right candidate should have experience within PVT/Fluid laboratory work and data evaluation.
Job description
Technical client contact and project management
Technical client support and tender/quote management
PVT data evaluation and reporting
Product/service development within PVT/Fluid analysis
The PVT/Reservoir Fluid engineer shall be in a continuous dialogue with the discipline network and anchor the decisions with the applicable leading advisors, as per established QA/QC process
Technical support to laboratory technicians and engineers
Ideal candidate would hold a degree in Engineering
Minimum 5 years industry experience. Preferably from Oil & Gas Laboratory (PVT and flow assurance)
Competence with use of the Reservoir Fluid simulation tools Olga and PVTsim is preferred
Strong operational understanding of the oil and gas industry
Generally good understanding of subsurface, transportation systems and interfacing production facilities, combined with project execution in practice
Good collaboration skills and the ability to work in multidiscipline teams
Ability to handle multiple tasks within the available time frame

Education level
Høyskole / Universitet, Diplom / Bachelorgrad
Personal qualities
Collaborative team player
Strong technical knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry with emphasis on Laboratory services/products
Excellent communication skills
Advanced computer and presentation skills with experience in delivering to internal and external clients
