Job description:

Provide application support for Landmark Reservoir Simulation Suite Nexus

Assist customer geoscientists and reservoir engineers in modeling tasks and workflows

Develop, document and share workflows and procedures

Resolve customer cases submitted with customer support system to meet customer SLAs

Prepare and deliver one-to-one or small group mentoring sessions on Nexus workflows and application use

 

Qualifications:

Degree level education, preferable in Reservoir Engineering or technical subject

Basic to intermediate skills in Nexus or other reservoir engineering software application is required

 

Personal qualities:

Self-motivation and  be able to work alone, but also collaboreate with colleagues

Pay attention to detail, but also be aware of the bigger picture

Work confidently and behave professionally with a strong focus on service quality

Possess good analytical and problem solving skills

Demonstrate excellent (verbal, written and listening) communication skills

Good knowledge of English and Norwegian both written and spoken

Possess effective time management skills
