Discipline Expert Reservoir Engineering ? Reservoir Management (RE-EM) provides expert advice and consultation to subsurface teams in reservoir engineering in general and, specifically, in reservoir monitoring and management related activities that directly impact ADCO?s short and long term field development plans and assists them achieve their objectives in the areas of Technology Management, Technical Challenges, Standard Practices and Knowledge Sharing. This scope requires someone with breadth and depth of technical knowledge in reservoir engineering, related experience in reservoir monitoring and management and excellent interpersonal skills.? In the absence of Discipline Expert Reservoir Engineering ? Studies (RE-ES), RE-EM also carries out the duties of RE-ES in addition to those specified here.?

Development of reservoir monitoring strategy and contingency plans for field pilots and special well testing (gas injection, water injection, WAG, tracers injection, interference tests, EOR and AL pilots etc.).?

Reservoir performance monitoring and data base management.

Reservoir description studies aimed at evaluating and representing areal and vertical rock property and fluid heterogeneities and through performance monitoring, assessment of uncertainty ranges and their impact on field development plans in coordination with G&G and Petrophysics discipline experts and ADCO SCAL, PVT and other subject matter specialists.

Carrying out appropriate standard or specialized transient pressure tests to understand reservoir connectivity and possible compartmentalization.

Estimation of reserves and resources through application of best practices and methods approved by ADCO management and Shareholders in coordination with Planning and ADCO Reserves Board.

Full utilization of results from reservoir simulation and integrated asset modeling techniques to support reservoir management and business objectives.

Technical and economical analysis of risk and HSE evaluations.

Review of project final reports, Annual Reservoir Performance Reports (ARPRs), presentations to the shareholders (PDISC, TCM & workshops, peer assists, etc.).??
