The primary role of the Reservoir Engineer, Technical Advisor is to provide technical reservoir engineering support for the company's MidCon team. You will take responsibility for helping to lead the development of joint venture operated assets with a focus on detailed technical analysis of all available data to ensure optimal field development. This will include focusing on well spacing and stacking decisions along with guiding well decisions during flowback and production. This position requires the true Reservoir Advisor who possesses strong Rate Transient Analysis (RTA)/Nodal Analysis and Simulation. And very importantly, understands how the results are used (practical field application).

To qualify for this high visibility/high impact role, you must possess the following:

*Requires an engineering degree from a highly regarded accredited university
*10+ years of technical reservoir engineering experience with an operating company
*Prefer MidCon experience but will accept other analogous reservoirs
*Requires Rate Transient/Nodal Analysis experience
*Reservoir modeling experience beneficial
*Ability to analyze technical data (production maps and logs) from public and internal sources
*Petrophysical analysis knowledge
*Economic valuations experience
*Experience using Aries
*Sound understanding of field operations
*Proficient in MS products
*Strong communication skills
*Capable of mentoring
