This position will represent Williams in acquisitions with regards to reservoir analysis and feasibility of drilling plans.
Perform oil & gas reservoir studies to evaluate reservoir performance to develop reports of individual well deliverability and production profiles.
Analyze the reservoir characterization required for evaluating oil & gas reserves and interpret field/individual well performance using the appropriate techniques to verify the feasibility of represented gas resources and production
Prepare break-even economic analysis for individual producers and areas within basins.
Monitor and assess changes in completion techniques and technology in areas of interest.
Identify prospective areas of volume growth and opportunities for midstream services
Work with teams to evaluate and perform detailed assessments of potential acquisition and divestiture candidates.
Perform due diligence studies for potential acquisitions and development of opportunities.
Evaluate economic models for asset valuations and budget preparation.
Present project proposals and post appraisal of results to Leadership.
Bachelor Degree or Master in Petroleum/Reservoir Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geology or related discipline required.
5-7 years of Oil and Gas industry experience in reservoir engineering, well performance analysis, reserve estimation and economic/risk analysis.
Experience in reserve estimations under SEC rules using decline curve analysis, production surveillance, and economic evaluations.
Well versed in economic modeling software.
Experience with SAS, R, Matlab, or other statistical analysis software.
Strong analytical skill and effectively communication techniques for technical data.
Ability and desire to function in an integrated project team environment, develop successful working relationships with emphasis on effective collaboration.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet aggressive deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure in an environment which expects the highest levels of customer service, confidentiality and ethical behavior.
