Experience from NCS is a prerequisite
Graduate Engineer in reservoir or petroleum engineering
Extensive experience as reservoir engineer, preferably with Operator and with very strong reservoir simulation skills.
Eclipse skills essential, Intersect desirable PVT and SCAL data experience required
Good understanding of asset capacity models and production optimization
Preferably experience with production and drillwell design optimization through advanced completion designs (multilateral wells, ICDs, AICDs etc)
Strong understanding of Artificial lift; ESP experience preferred.
IOR experience from matured fields preferable.
PERSONAL QUALITIES:RESPONSIBILITIES AND WORK TASKS:
Perform dynamic reservoir simulation analysis; history matching and evaluation of further reservoir development opportunities.
PVT and SCAL analysis, production allocation etc.
Drillwell evaluation and assessment, including evaluation of dynamic uncertainties and risks and options for effectively mitigating these
Reservoir management and surveillance; active member of team responsible for operated producing fields. Pressure monitoring and
prediction. Injection strategies and optimization.
Involved in optimization of well placement and completion design (inflow optimization, artificial lift)
Part of multifunctional team responsible for maturation of future field development opportunities; extensive involvement in dynamic
reservoir simulation modelling, including construction of these models, history matching and predictions
Classic reservoir engineering analysis; analytical evaluation of the full range of reservoir data
Planning and optimization of well design up to and including ready to drill documentation
Close cooperation and integration with multi-disciplinary team involving geoscientists, drilling-,
completion- and facility engineers·
Expected to identify, share and implement best practices and learning.
