Job ResponsibilitiesOilfields Development Plan Management:Participating in making the oilfields development plan.Understand the philosophy of the oilfields development plan.Be responsible for the implementation of the oilfields development plan.Be responsible for the optimization of the oilfields development plan.Be responsible for the summarization of the oilfields development plan.Be responsible for reservoir performance analysis and assessment.Be responsible for new well study optimization before spud-in.Be responsible for finding and solving geology and reservoir problems which influence production.Be responsible for searching and developing remaining oil distribution.Be responsible for studies related to reservoir development.Other jobs assigned by Section Manager. RequirementsMinumum Qualifications And SkillsBachelor degree or above in oil field development.At least 8 years of working experience in oil field development.Certificate: Senior reservoir engineer.Master most of reservoir engineering methods;Master Eclipse and OFM;Master Office including word, excel and ppt;Well know Petrel RE and well test interpretation software (Kappa or EPS);Well know development geology;Understand the management procedures of international oil company.Good skill in spoken and written English.Good communication skill.Preferred Qualifications And SkillsMaster degree or above in oil field development.At least 10 years of working experience in oil field development.Certificate: 6.0 or above in IELTS L tests, or equivalent certificates.Well know model building software, Petrel.Good coordination skill.Ability on quality control and project progress control.Ability to deal with the unexpected challenges or issues in a positive way.
