The successful candidate will work with a team of geologists, geophysicists, and production engineers to lead the value optimization of producing assets through reserve determination and characterizations, and provide technical expertise in the optimal development of discoveries by generation of appropriate ranges for recoverable reserve potential and production rates.Reservoir EngineerYou will be a key member of the team dedicated to the reservoir management and depletion plan for one of Mosaic’ key focused development areas. You will be tasked with managing the development of existing pools, with a focus on increasing the recovery and cash flow through the use of technology.ResponsibilitiesPrepare cost comparisons on budgeted versus actual expendituresProvide input for reservoir monitoring and operation planCollect, analyze and summarize information and trendsReview and evaluate wellbore configurations for optimization opportunitiesParticipate in business planning by preparing quarterly production volume forecasts and projectionsMonitor, analyze and forecast well production to identify potential optimization opportunities and bottlenecksQualificationsBachelor's degree in EngineeringMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networksAssume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as neededA proven ability to work independently and with strong teamwork attitudeStrong verbal and written communication skillsInterested candidates should send resumes in Microsoft Word format.
