Role Title: Reservoir Modeling

Role Synopsis:

Reservoir Engineer should be communicate across teams whilst managing multiple concurrent projects. A strong knowledge of all technical practices within reservoir engineering is required i.e.(performance analysis, field optimization, development planning, economic evaluation, production forecasting and reserve evaluation).
Reservoir Engineer working under the supervision of subsurface manager in the direction of providing and supporting common projects

Key Accountabilities:

• Gather Reservoir data, perform analyses and calculations, apply models to characterize reservoir properties
• Performs the processing technical information and geological data, conduct  History matching, simulation modeling and forecasting;
• Perform economic evaluations, field evaluation, field development planning, decline curve analysis;
• İmplementation of works concerning to building geological and dynamic models;
• İmplementation of works concerning to identification of reservoir Uncertainty;
• Studying the results of PVT  tests and  issuing  recommendation with regards to the behavior of  flow within reservoir;
• Analyze the current state of field development, and introducing the recommendations for improving  reservoir Performance;
• Preparation of production profiles for a different Cases of field development on a simulator;
• Provide the  reservoir team  by  the necessary data related to a  individual formation and the various sectors of the oil and gas field;
• Manage and optimize reservoir producing assets by well target optimiza-tion;
• Develop reservoir performance predictions;
• Identify IOR/EOR opportunities by conducting reservoir simulations;
• Perform surveillance, analysis and make recommendations on subsurface engineering;
• Prepare reports of reservoir performance;
• Produce reserve estimates to support audits;
• Update year-end reserves survey;

Essential Education

• Master Degree in Petroleum Engineering (or equivalent).
• Reservoir Engineering experience.
•Reservoir simulation software experience (work with software WELSPRING, NEXUS, VİP, ECLIPSE
•Strong communication skills.
•Experienced in multiple reservoir engineering principles (field evaluation, field development planning, decline curve analysis etc.).

o Fluid characterisation

o Well test analysis
o Carbon capture and storage
o Field development
o Enhanced oil recovery
o Unconventional hydrocarbons e.g. coalbed methane, shale oil, tight gas
