Essential Responsibilities:

Conduct the hands-on analysis for basic RE works (PVT, SCAL RFT/MDT, PTA, Production History Matching, MatBal).
Perform EOR screening, reservoir dynamic simulation and prediction in sandstone and carbonates reservoir.
Present weekly / monthly progress update of the integrated field study to customer and write preliminary and final report deliverables.
Engage and communicate intensively with customer Reservoir Engineer focal point.
Conduct customer meetings individually or jointly with Product Lines Sales individuals.
Recognize customer challenges, propose and recommend solutions that contain GPE’s advisory services, higher value generating solutions, including cross-product line collaboration, for both the customer and BHGE.Coordinate with multi-disciplinary experts, e.g., subsurface experts providing reservoir characterization, petrophysicists, geologists, geophysicists, production engineers for optimal reservoir development.
Acts as reservoir centric focal point, and builds and develops technical and commercial business relationships with clients.
Involve in the knowledge community through professional societies and forums to understand industry directions as well as the suitability of BHGE’s measurements, products and services.
Thought leadership both internally and externally through publishing and presenting in professional forums to promote recognition as technical expert.
Demonstrate compliance to company policies, for the entire team, including HSE compliance.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor degree (or higher) in Petroleum Engineering discipline with minimum 12 years experiences.
Hands-on experiences of EOR (e.g. Waterflood, Surfactant, CO2) study/project/implementation within the last 2 years.
Proficient in reservoir engineering software for analysis and dynamic simulations.
Experience of managing multiple stakeholders; internally and externally at both technical and executive levels.
Ability to build rapport and network across complex organizations and disciplines.
Individual contributor that can demonstrate strong teaming skills to work across various BHGE internal and external organizations.
Robust and reliable team-works and project management skills.
Strong presentation, communication skills - written, verbal and presentation.
Self-motivated and can operate with minimal supervision.
