Established Oil & Gas Upstream focused fund which has recently secured their third and largest fund which will be used to expand their
existing asset portfolio in the L48.
This role will primarily assist with the existing property portfolio as well as property acquisitions. This candidate should have 5-8 years of
experience, ideally having been exposed to multiple basins. Primary Responsibilities will support property management objectives, the reservoir engineer will maintain the reserves database post-acquisition. To support our acquisition team, the candidate should be eager to learn acquisitions engineering. The candidate will gain invaluable exposure to a fast-paced environment and will have a direct impact on acquisition valuations. Key to the position will be the candidate's ability to support the acquisitions manager as a liaison to the acquisition data technicians. The candidate will analyze resulting acquisition data and will become involved in formulating bid strategies based on such analysis.
Candidate Requirements :
- 3+ years petroleum / reservoir engineering experience
- BS. Petroleum Engineering or any other engineering related education
- Phd Win and/or Aries Experience
- Ideally some field / Operations Experience
- A&D experience with Onshore US L48 projects
- Strong communication / presentation skills
