As Project Manager in Water Reservoir Construction you’ll need to lead and manage teams and have previous Water reservoir construction experience. Leadership skills and knowledge to lead a project team as well as subcontractor in construct only or NEC contracts.
What you will bring:
Project management experience and a suitable level of experience in the Water Industry
Proven experience in developing a culture that supports SQE management and encouraging/rewarding excellence
Experience in integrated mechanical components
Knowledge of rail corridor activities
Leadership behaviours that empower others
Flexibility to be mobile as working on projects outside your home base will be required from time to time
A tertiary qualification or equivalent in civil engineering or related field
A minimum of 10 years’ experience managing staff is desirable
Proven management experience with responsibility and accountability for staff, plant and ROI.
