Planning and preparing new and existing wells to get in production most economical (increasing productivity and lowering production costs by analyzing wells, processes, equipment and production optimization)
Providing expertise in artificial lift technologies, sand management, stimulation engineering and flow assurance (corrosion, scaling, water management) and search for potential new technologies
Preparing actual wells for well interventions and workovers
New well delivery (from design phase - put in production) and WDC (well design criteria), well process delivery
Ensuring and increasing quality standards for production technology, processes and equipment
Implementation of well integrity standards
Mentoring and teaching junior colleagues
Close cooperation with reservoir, operations, completions and workover departments
University degree/ Master in Petroleum Engineering or other comparable or related industry experience with at least 3 years' relevant professional experience
Upstream knowledge essential
Excellent knowledge of oil&gas; related technology developments
Very strong project management skillls, Powerpoint and presentations skills
Team player, willing to learn and improve as well as willing to give and providing feedback
Strong networking skills with access to wide range of expertise, formal and informal
Good interpersonal skills in terms of being pro-active, solution-oriented, positive, intercultural awareness and authoritative in the relevant subject matter
Excellent German language skills
