This segment offers a range of patented and unpatented technologies, products and services for all phases of oil and gas production throughout the world.Summary of ResponsibilitiesSupporting business growth by providing leadership as required ensuring that service projects are successfully implemented on time and on budget, meeting the performance criteria in the project justification.Establishing proper project planning, cost control, design, documentation, and delivery standards for each Project.Monitoring projects to ensure that sound application of engineering principles is used, and design intent is being achieved.Advocating for Safety and Environmental Excellence in facility and process design.Manage on-site field application of production projects.Building and developing evaluation and testing plans to qualify production technology, systems and chemistry.Providing leadership to advance the vision and ownership for common goals by contributing to the overall strategy, tactics, and objectives, evaluating performance of subordinates in accordance with consistent action plans and presiding over effective change management.Developing strong partnerships with the management team and fostering a collaborative environment with operations and resource unit teams.Communicating regularly with updates on project status to operations, sales and project teams, striving to keep all project commitments.Managing third party service providers if applicable.Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.Acts as advisor to project managers regarding projects, tasks, and operations.Leading a team responsible for capturing applications and client needs from a technological as well as business perspective.Assist Sales Teams and Operations with technical solutions to project problems.Primary Pre-Mobilisation ResponsibilitiesEnsure all ORCA equipment is properly maintained, inspected once returned from a project and made available for the next project.Ensure that all ORCA equipment documentation, maintenance records and certification documentation are all fully up to date ready to execute surveys effectively.Support the regional sales team with technical client discussions to generate and maximise sales of ORCA survey services, PW services.Understand fully the clients Goals with interactive discussions.Review client’s basic process information.Generate a Budget Lite proposal / Deliver Hi Level PPT Overview. Update internal ORCA system.Collate relative project information and develop a detailed work scope.Present work scope for open discussion.Project manage activities, organising third party vendors and their equipment.Generate an equipment request list.Organise CETCO and Third-Party equipment ready for mobilisation.Attend any project specific Hazop, Hazid meetings along with any relevant specific asset training courses required.Field Responsibilities Liaise with assets management and project team.Leading discussions on project execution.Conduct Produced Water Services activities via ORCA light studies to meet client’s requirements following Standard Procedures for ORCA for ORCA studies.Perform Process Hazard Awareness study PHA.HSEQ – ensure safe working practice in ORCA Surveys at all times.Look for additional business opportunities leading to further pull though business, by either integrating additional equipment trials, short term/long term rental services, retrofitting existing equipment, refurbishment projects, define any future expansion or up and coming relative projects, capital process equipment opportunity, collating additional contact details, expanding the clients contact database.Complete daily progress reports.On completion of original work scope consult with client management team work scope is completed.Clean ORCA equipment and make readiness for De-mobilisation. Complete any EFR.Complete brief Interim report.Follow direction and guidance of Global Operations Manager to ensure that surveys and services are technically competent and compliant with best industry practice.De-Mobbed ResponsibilitiesGreen tag ORCA equipment ready for next project. Populate any maintenance records, order spares if required.Generate full ORCA Study report.Update and maintain project Orca system with associated information from completed projects.Follow direction and guidance of Global Operations Manager to ensure that surveys and services are technically competent and compliant with best industry practice.Generate ORCA success story.Hand deliver ORCA report to discuss next step in the project.Secondary ResponsibilitiesConduct or assist with R&D; field studies and trials as directed by Global R&D; Director (when required).Assist/Project Manage the Retrofit of equipment resulting from ORCA Studies.Contribute to improve PW Services and ORCA Survey Strategy with real life experience feedback.Continually provide feedback for improvement of current and new technologies provided for the PW market.Operational Excellent / Lean ProcessesActively participates in the implementation of sustainable improvement processes, such as 5S, Kaizen, Daily Management Control, Standard Work and Problem Solving.Attend all OE training as it is deployed by the OE team.Suggestions – meet requirement per year. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions (primary duties) of the job.Education: BS in Engineering.Experience, Skills & Abilities: Minimum of five years of experience in oil and gas industry.Working knowledge and understanding of Oil/Water Process Systems & Controls.Working knowledge of Production Water Chemistry in the Oil & Gas sector.Interpretation of PFD’s & P&ID;’s.Proposal and report writing skills.Experience in oil and gas topsides production systems, water treatment, R&D; and well testing is preferable.Knowledge of lab and field-testing methods.Assertive communication skills with strong verbal and written English communication ability.Self-motivated, assertive, confident and capable of interfacing with clients at senior level.Must be able to work well across reporting relationships, geographies and functions, in a matrix arrangement (across solid and dotted lines).Logical problem-solving ability.Strategic, sales and commercial awareness.Safety conscious and committed to company values.Proven field service leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with different cultures and business climates.Work Hours: Office hours are Monday thru Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00pm. Hours may vary depending on the scope of a specific project meaning subject to work overtime, holidays, weekends as necessary.Working Conditions: On a regular basis, there may be exposure to plant areas, onshore job sites, and offshore job sites which include exposure to outside weather conditions as well as loud noise from equipment and dust from production processes. May be in corporate meeting settings.Travel: To and from job sites or docks in a vehicle where transported to the rig site by boat or helicopter. Travel away from home domestic and out of country on commercial air may also be necessary.Safety Equipment: Safety equipment required while performing the duties of this job include but not limited to an ANSI approved hardhat and safety glasses, safety shoes/boots with steel toe protection. Also, may be required to wear goggles, cotton or high impact gloves, work vest, respirator, chemical/Neoprene Gloves, Chemical Apron, Hearing Protection, and Fall Protection device.Safety Training: A new employee hired to perform the duties of this position is required to be provided New Employee Training by a qualified individual who consists of a total of 24 hours of PEC Core training. Water Survival if working on water; certified rigging API RP2D; first aid CPR; Fall Protection competent user if working at heights and defensive driving.
