جدة$٢٠٬٠٠٠ - $٤٥٬٠٠٠ لكل شهرWe are looking to recruit a well-rounded Petroleum Engineer with a track record of identification and execution of production enhancement and system optimization in a diverse set of operating environments. The engineer will be expected to work on most critical issues in a given part of the field practicing and promoting agility to enable efficient execution. They will also work with the global petroleum engineering community and global team to ensure best practice and technology , service companies and other operators are being applied to the AGT. The role will provide a unique opportunity to work alongside multiple functions on a diverse range of fields and wells (subsea and platform), on a wide range of issues, ranging from water injection, optimization, new well design or intervention engineering support, all the way to field operational support and will be driving latest technology implementations / development. Provide petroleum engineering input into multi-disciplinary projects, including reservoir & well performance evaluation, field appraisal & development planning and implementation, well placement & production optimization, decision & risk analysis. Provide petroleum engineering support to Exploration and New Venture projects in liaison with commercial and technical teams. Analyse and feed information into the company’s business planning and Group reporting, including co-ordination of reserves reporting. Participate and coordinate technical presentations to the Executive Team, Management Team and external parties. Assist in preparation of P&L; Inventory, reserve and development cost estimates. Develop field appraisal strategies to cost-effectively mature discoveries through to development. Plan, initiate and coordinate relevant petroleum engineering studies, operations and assurance activities. Evaluate, select & manage service companies / consultants to support company’s technical work programms. Must be confident in succinctly summarizing key technical findings, implications and conclusions including potential risks to projects and recommended forward plans Must be comfortable working across a spectrum of projects including early stage new ventures, exploration and appraisal projects and production operations. Manage all PSM systems (MOCs, Incident Reporting, P&IDs;, Procedures, PHAs) to ensure compliance Key Activities * Actively support the company's safety, environmental, and quality programs to ensure continuous improvement * Actively support the company’s safety, environmental and quality programs to ensure continuous improvements * Ensure MOCs proceed through the system in a timely manner * Ensure P&IDs; are up-to-date * Ensure operating procedures are complete and up-to-date * Lead RCFA for area issues * Ensure incident reports are complete with appropriate root causes and corrective actions * Provide technical support towards resolution of process upsets * Lead design/implementation of area * Maintain pipeline pressure drop models and manage pipeline replacement program * Manage compliance of Arkansas Oil & Gas commission regulations * Provide backup/support to DHE replacement and other well work Essential Qualifications * B.S. or higher degree in Petroleum Engineering preferred or Chemical Engineering * 3 to 10 years of experience in oil/gas industry and/or manufacturing facility (Chemical Industry desirable) and or 3 + years petroleum/reservoir engineering/completions (fracture stimulations) job design, execution and optimization experience with a combination of office and field based roles. * Direct experience working in plant operations that run 24/7, 365 , Experience using FrancpoPT, PIPESIM, Gohfer, Mfrac, NETool and reservoir engineering or simulation tool tool platform is preferred * Knowledge and experience with unconventional reservoirs a plus. * Working understanding of OSHA, EPA regulations, and Oil & Gas regulations * Proven leadership competence with people management experience * Good time management, organizational skills, problem solving, project management and decision making skills * Excellent communications skills, both written and oral * Strong technical abilities * Good familiarity of Site and Corporate policies and procedures * Provide informal training/guidance of unit operators, Shift Supervisor, and Area Supervisors * Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ﷼20,000.00 to ﷼45,000.00 /month
