Development and production Brazil (DPB) is responsible for the company’s operations and business development in Brazil. DPBs ambition is to develop safe and sustainable value growth in Brazil, shaping the future of energy and bringing progress for society. Equinor has been present in Brazil since 2001 and is located with head office in Rio de Janeiro. The company has a diverse portfolio with activities at all stages including: - Exploration licenses (Campos, Espirito Santo and Santos basin), - Operated producing asset: Peregrino field (Campos Basin), that is our largest operated international offshore operation; - Partner operated licenses: Roncador field (Campos Basin) in partnership with Petrobras - Project Development: BM-C-33 (Campos Basin) and Carcará (Pre-salt development in Santos basin) - Renewable energy: Apodi solar project in partnership with Scatec Solar (which is under construction in the Ceará state)

These include: • Operated producing asset, Peregrino field (Campos Basin), which is Equinor’s largest operated international offshore operation;• Operated presalt project developments, BM-C-33 (Campos Basin) and Carcará (Santos basin);• Partner operated asset, Roncador field (Campos Basin) in partnership with Petrobras;• Exploration licenses (Campos, Espirito Santo and Santos basins); • Renewable energy, Apodi solar project in partnership with Scatec Solar (under construction in the Ceará state).br>
• Reservoir engineering work in pre-salt field development projects;• Perform reservoir simulations, as well as utilizing analytical reservoir engineering methods;• Establish drainage strategies in close integration with field development planning team;• Design and perform dynamic uncertainty analyses based on actual development concept(s);• Participate in planning of, and ensure an optimal data acquisition program in appraisal wells and future production/injection wells: o Participate in planning of and establish objectives for drill stem testso Establish premises for fluid sampling;• Follow-up of external studies (SCAL, PVT, etc.) and define SCAL, PVT input data for reservoir simulations;• Comply with Equinor governing documents and standards;• Participate and share performed work in license meetings with partners• Some traveling should be anticipated
• Minimum 10 years´ experience with proven deliveries;• Good understanding of petroleum industry value chain;• Broad technological background within reservoir/petroleum engineering, preferably from carbonate reservoirs. Pre-salt reservoir geology experience is an advantage; • Experience from reservoir engineering methods, preferably in pre-salt reservoirs, in particular:o History matching experience from a field in productiono Experience with modelling of fractures/excess permeability features is an advantage;• Significant hands-on experience with standard reservoir simulation/engineering tools such as, Eclipse E300, RMS, Petrel RE. Working knowledge with Kappa suite, MBAL and/or PVTSim is an advantage;•Experience with early phase project development as well as fields in production• Experience with these topics would be an advantage: o Well test analysis and planning o Geomodelling o Dual perm /dual porosity modelling
