We are seeking a Petrophysicist for one of our clients in Stavanger, required during well planning, drilling, completion and final interpretation of four production wells.

Petrophysical expertise is required for planning, drilling, completion and the final interpretation of the four planned producer wells.The petrophyscisist will be responsible for the data acquisition program, operational support during the drilling and completion phase and the final petrophysical interpretation including PHIE, PERM, VSH and SW.In the planning the main goal would be to assist the subsurface team to define the TD criteria of the various holes to be drilled and interpreting live logs during drilling.The lower completion setting will be a crucial task for the development which will rely heavily on the interpreted logs incorporating the exploration well results.
MSc/Phd. in geosciences (or equivalent)
Minimum 12 years of petrophysical experience (senior level) with high competence in log interpretation and core data analysis (e.g. SCAL data and other lab measurements)
Excellent command of written and spoken English.Experience with the use of respective industry software, preferable Interactive Petrophysics
