Candidate will be involved in all phases of exploration and development operations such as lease and contract negotiations, and managing partner relations.Responsibilities: Pro-actively identify, seek and develop significant business opportunities that are in areas of interestReview agreements, contracts and regulations associated with potential acquisitionsAdvise management regarding strategic land issues and potential opportunities and risks associated with various land issuesInteracts with all departments with respect to issues involving acquisition opportunitiesAssists in property sale and acquisitions as requestedCoordinates through the State regulatory agencies all exploration and production issues to facilitate company production goalsAssist Division Order group with initial ownership setupUtilize technology to enhance your productivityCommunicate and work closely with team members of engineers and geologists in developing prospects for drilling as a multitude of interdepartmental groupsMake sure due diligence is followed at all timesAdministrative dutiesSome travel will be requiredRequirements: Basic working knowledge of Microsoft office and other land related softwareExperience in curative title, heirship, BIA and BLMCollege degree preferred but not requiredExcellent organizational, communication and petroleum solving skillsExcellent work ethicAbility to interact and guide a teamCandidate will possess the ability to work independentlyJob Type: Full-timeExperience:Landman: 2 years (Preferred)
