Job SummarySOLSTICE LAND GROUP - LANDMANLANDMANProven Landman expertise within multi-disciplinary team to evaluate acquisition, divestiture, and trade opportunities.Provide guidance to support staff (land coordinators & assistants)Clear title and outline business risks for acquisitions and tradesInterpret and negotiate various contracts including JOA, pooling agreements, farmout agreements, exploration agreements, PSA, oil and gas leases, surface use agreements, ROW agreements, etc.Supervise support staff in the preparation of oil and gas leases and assignments of oil and gas leasesOrder title opinions and lease takeoffs as necessary and supervise analysis and title curative measuresWork with Land Administration department, Asset teams, and land support personnel to maintain Land Records SystemManage due diligence in connection with acquisitions of producing and non-producing propertiesWork with general counsel and legal department when necessary in preparation of complex and non-standard types of contractsEducation/Experience RequiredBachelor’s degree5 years of experience land workDemonstrated work experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office softwareTobin Enterprise Land experienceGIS Land Mapping experienceAAPL Certified Professional Landman standing (RPL or CPL)Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and writtenMust be able to handle multiple projects and obtain results in a performance driven, team oriented environment.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $85,000.00 to $175,000.00 /yearJob Location:Houston, TXRequired education:Bachelor'sRequired experience:LAND: 5 years
