Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd. is accepting online applications for the position of Petroleum Engineer located in 424166, Bangkok /Thailand through March 19, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Provide petroleum/reservoir engineering support to optimize production and reserve from existing and future field development
Conduct reserve estimation for existing wells and new wells
Design well completion for new drilled wells including artificial lift design
Manage asset integrity on both subsurface and surface equipment
Prepare well work program and coordinate work with operation team to complete the jobs
Develop and manage field depletion plan
Provide mentoring or coaching to junior Petroleum Engineer
University graduate in Petroleum Engineering or related field with minimum of 3 years’ experience in oil and gas industry
Strong analytical skills and demonstrate prudent reservoir management knowledge
Strong computer based skills: Microsoft Office Suite and related Petroleum Engineering program
Good written and oral English proficiency
Relocation will not be considered.
Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
