Description

As a Petroleum Engineer III with Frost, you will be responsible for performing oil and gas reserve evaluations and overall asset base reviews of Frost's existing and potential oil and gas clients. Responsibilities will include identifying the primary reservoir risks of each specific subject's reserve base; reviewing current production rates, operating expenses, price differentials, and projected decline rates for each subject and make adjustments as warranted; and identifying risks associated with Proven Undeveloped reserves and adjust volumes, production rates, and expenses according to bank's lending policy. The candidate will work with lenders to ensure projected cash flow models are consistent with reserve evaluation.

Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Petroleum
Registered Petroleum Engineer
7+ years experience with an oil and gas company, energy bank, or consulting firm
Strong communication skills
Experience with ARIES and PHDWin software
Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
