Your responsibilities:
Own and organize performance management process for development and reservoir engineering incl. major pre-TG2 development projects
Develop holistic view of performance of development and reservoir engineering incusivel development projects
Advise the Executive Member Upstream and VP of development and reservoir management on performance issues in development and reservoir engineering (inclusive development projects)
Provides technical/financial assistance in understanding underperformance and in developing solutions to assure project delivery
Own and manage Key Performance Indices and target manual for development and reservoir engineering (inclusive development projects: short/long term targets, promises to SB,..)
Act as an upstream wide gate keeper for performance Key Performance Indices of development and reservoir engineering
Define leading Key Performance Indices for development and reservoir engineering (inclusive development projects) in close cooperation with development and reservoir management and manage implementation
Drive alignment of upstream wide development and reservoir engineering KPIs to come up with a binding set of KPIs, enforce binding standards for definition, approves KPIs changes requested from the organisation
Your profile:
University degree master/Diploma in Petroleum Engineering, Economics, Project Management or equivalent
At least 5 years of relevant work experience, including profound experience in the upstream business
Excellent communication, analytical, conceptual and leadership skills
Lateral and entrepreneurial thinking, flexible and pro-active approach
Strong networking skills, team player
Fluent command of English
