Technical and Commercial Leadership role responsible for growth in Global Key Account internationally through subsurface knowledge across BHGEs product companies
Lead BHGE early engagement from subsurface perspective with operators project teams globally. Integrate operators Subsurface and Petroleum Technology drivers with BHGE business solutions across all PCs for global portfolio.
Represents BHGE for subsurface for Global Key Account in operator headquarter and worldwide Region based locations
Ownership on sub surface domain and ensure understanding of the production aspect of all opportunities with operator
Develops and manages global market strategy and execution for subsurface aspects of BHGE business towards operator such as new and improved solutions:
+ Digital Subsurface
+ Optimization through automation in well construction and production
+ Technology development to drive improved and clean reservoir drainage
Development of secure and cost effective plug and abandonment solutions
Global Key Account Management responsibility for subsurface and petroleum technology for sales and operation teams across BHGE and towards operator
+ Understands differentiating application to facilitate share growth across the global markets
+ Commercial understanding of operator drivers for field development and operations.
+ Responsible for sub surface component of tenders, technology development and solution design for BHGE towards operator
+ Develop relationship with operators global Subsurface and Petroleum Technology teams
+ Focal point in global key account for driving sales momentum, cadence, and execution in area of responsibility
+ Manages global annual planning process revenue planning, past dues management, market share, etc.
+ Facilitates active communication with BHGE Region Operations and Product Companies inclusive of quarterly communication to key stakeholders
+ Engages regional sales, engineering and operational support teams in line with global strategy
Engineering or Petroleum related MSc
Petroleum Technology related operator experience, such as petro physics, reservoir engineering, geology and account management experience/business development
Fluent in English and Norwegian, verbal and written
The role includes national and international travel
The role requires an outgoing person with proven sales record and good communication skills, who works strategically and with a great overview, and has the ability to build trust and strong relationships.
