INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMME FOR JUNIORS (VIE) - GEOLOGIST (M/F) - USA
Within our subsidiary in Houston, the VIE will contribute to the evaluation and follow up of an unconventional shale gas asset onshore.
As part of an integrated team, the VIE will contribute in the documentation, analysis, integration and synthesis of key elements that could have an impact on Sweet spot identification, Wells performances forecast and Upsides reservoirs evaluation.
Activity will be articulated around the following:
- QC and validation of key data to be Integrated (core data, well Iogs and production data).
- Data base build up & maintenance
- Knowledge database build up, maintenance & promotion.
- Contribute to feeding the organization with technical reports and REX.
- Contribute to key internai technical validation exercices as support to geology expertise.
Be careful : Be careful : only applicants with one year of relevant experience will be eligible for a 18 months internship.
The selected candidate will receive a VIE allowance according to the Business France rates and the subsidiary will provide either a furnished accommodation or will grant an accommodation allowance.

Desired qualifications : General School or Master of Science - options Database, data analytics, Artificial Intelligence is a plus
English : fluent
Technical skills : Fluid Mechanics, Geology, Mathematics ; Skills in geological reservoir modeling are a plus.
Computing skills : MS Office (Excel), Access, Bonussi, Sportfire, Aries, SQL, R Python
