Using the ESRI ArcGIS Desktop suite, create effective cartographic maps for stakeholder groups across the company including, but not limited to, the following assets: o Gas Gathering Pipelines o Gas Transmission Pipelines o Gas Storage Facilities o Gas Processing Facilities o Gas Compression Facilities o LPG Storage Facilities o LPG Transloading Facilities o LPG Processing Facilities o Crude Oil Gathering Pipelines o Crude Oil Storage Facilities o Crude Oil Transportation Pipelines ? Using Portal for ArcGIS, create and maintain effective stakeholder web maps. ? Compile annual NPMS Gas/Liquids Reports, PHMSA Mileage Reports and other regulatory reports (records in compliance with 49 CFR 192, 49 CFR 195, OSHA and other state regulations) to accurately reflect assets. ? Assist with implementation and eventual ongoing support of GIS enterprise applications to support web access, offline/mobile access, reporting, mapping and database integration. ? Ongoing support of asset records / documents SharePoint repository. ? Quality Assurance/Quality Control of pipeline asset data. ? Assist with legal holds, document production orders, and eDiscovery processes. ? Assist with as-builts data collection, PODS database maintenance and document information management. ? Ensure existing business records are stored in a controlled environment with secure access. ? Categorization of asset records. ? Assist with records requests. ? Communicate with internal customers.   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor's Degree in GIS, Geography, Engineering or equivalent professional experience is required. ? Must have 1+ years of relevant work experience. ? Must have experience with ESRI ArcGIS Desktop suite of applications and extensions. ? Must have experience creating, updating and maintaining ESRI Geodatabases. ? Must have a strong understanding of cartographic principles. ? Must demonstrate attention to detail and strong organizational/analytical skills. ? Must have ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. ? Excellent computer skills, proficiency with MS Word, Access, Excel & Power point. ? Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with problem solving & teamwork ability. ? Must be able to present self in a professional manner through interaction and communication and be reliable and punctual. Preferred Qualifications: ? 2 to 3 years prior experience working with GIS. ? Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Geodatabases and SQL scripting. ? Knowledge of PODS (Pipeline Open Data Standard). ? Experience in the Pipeline Industry. ? Experience with SharePoint (or similar) Document Management System. ? Experience utilizing geoprocessing tools and the ability to automate routines utilizing FME and ArcGIS Model Builder. ?
