Would you like to join our team of experienced Geoscience professionals?
Your responsibilities are:

Provide geoscience consulting services to the E&P; industry
Provide technical advice and develop good solutions to assist our clients with their development and exploration challenges
Complete client projects with good quality as per Cegal and client standard
Contribute to improving our existing portfolio of software

Extensive knowledge within the subsurface domain
Domain expertise with seismic and well data
Knowledge of the reservoir modeling workflow from seismic interpretation and attribute generation, geophysical and geological modeling and reservoir simulation
Project experience with industry software e.g. Petrel, Landmark, RMS, RokDoc or HampsonRussell
Experience with work from Norwegian Continental Shelf
Experience or interest within data science and common data science tool such as;
Scripting experience preferably Python
Notebook environments; Anaconda, Jupyter
Big data tools; Cloud Services, spark/HADOOP
Common machine learning algorithms

Formal requirements:

Master’s Degree in Petroleum Geoscience or related subjects
5 years’ industry experience
Good oral and written presentation skills in English
