Job outline

To work alongside the wider site survey and investigation team to provide borehole seismic services. Developing and maintaining client relationships, whilst coordinating borehole seismic preparation and QC work prior to client submission. Developing VSP processing skills.

Main Responsibilities

Sending QC consultants, MMO’s and acoustic monitoring equipment to VSP surveys
VSP project coordinationReport review prior to client submission
Using VSP processing software for pre-survey modelling, planning and specialist processingParticipate and advise to further develop client-contractor relationships
Complete business development as well as maintaining strong existing client relationships

Skills & Qualifications required

Degree held in Geology/geophysics/earth sciencesCompetent user of the complete Microsoft office package
Knowledge of seismic methodAdvantageous to have understanding/working knowledge of VSPs
