Technology & Innovation
We are looking for people with technical, analytical & exceptional problem solving skills to join our geoscience teams. Using your geoscience skills in an applied environment, you will learn to develop and apply the latest techniques to create state of the art interpretations.

We deal with many different clients, predominantly from the Oil and Gas sector. They all have different challenges with their data, which may be required for the exploration, development or production phase. We therefore need people who are able to build trust with a client; to understand their requirements, manage expectations and build professional relationships.
You will join a project based team in a flexible working environment in which you are encouraged daily to share ideas and problem solve in collaboration with your team.

What does a Geoscientist do?
Working in a project focused team, you will be responsible for generating and interpreting geological and geophysical data; compiling and synthesizing results.
Using your geological and geophysical knowledge, in an applied environment, you will work in a multi discipline team and have responsibility for using a range of techniques and processes to contribute to and prepare professional reports.
Although you will have the opportunity to develop your scientific knowledge in the range of disciplines within our advanced reservoir toolbox, we are looking for individuals who have the desire to specialise in the following areas: Geochemistry Sedimentology Petroleum Geology Automineralogy Stratigraphy

We are looking for individuals who are intuitive, ask questions and will continuously seek to improve our interpretations and processes.
Our Graduate Programme requires individuals who can exhibit a collaborative approach to working and a proven ability to critically analyse scientific data and problems to reach solutions and conclusions.
You will have a degree in Geology, Geoscience or Geophysics, either at BSc, MSc or PhD level.
You will be expected to demonstrate your experience in data interpretation during the application and interview process and you will ideally, but not essentially, have some experience in an Oil and Gas consultancy.
