The Opportunity

Would you love to be a part of a team of geologists, engineers, financial analysts, and data scientists that work collaboratively to advance the technical insight and interpretations for oil and gas plays globally? In this role, you would be critical to our success and trusted with a high level of responsibility, often interacting directly with clients, thus requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills. As part of the Intelligence team, you will:

Build and integrate basin scale geological models with asset teams
Contribute and advance technical ideas to the geology team
Assist with publications, presentations and advisory projects
Communicate technical concepts with an interdisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, financial analysts, as well as to clients
Able to work independently and as a team, comfortable with multitasking and managing priorities
What you need to succeed (must haves):

1-5 years of related work experience
Minimum B.Sc. in Geology/Geoscience
Ability and desire to travel between Canada and US
Skills that are not required, but will set you apart:

Advanced knowledge in Petrel
Python and/or SQL experience
Strong petrophysical skills
