With the demand from the industry for our services, we are seeking a self-motivated individual (or indeed individuals) who can become a leading communicator of our brand to our client base and deliver further growth on our existing solutions and datasets.At Chemostratwe don’t have clients, we have partners and this role will continue to develop this unique working and service relationship.Chemostratrequiresskilled Geologists with a flair for quickly understanding cutting edge developments and communicating these tohighly experienced and skilled individuals who may use them. This is a challenging role, that needs flexible, highly self-motivated individuals with a passion for science and the motivation to build on success.The JobIdentify the key individuals, technical and commercial, within oil and gas companies to build strong relationships with and deliver these.Demonstrate the value and benefit of Chemostrat’s solutions and datato industry experts.Qualify sales opportunitiesby assessing the best fit between Chemostrat’s range of products and the needs of geoscientists, managers and executivesin the oil and gas industry.Develop and deliver a sales strategy for growth within agreed commercial and corporate targets.Integrate with Chemostrattechnical teams to guarantee the reliable, trustworthy and rapid response expected from our partner companies.Plan and deliver sales campaigns includingindustry trade shows as required.Fully manage the sales pipeline in the area of operation using Microsoft Dynamics.Deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts that are aligned with Chemostrat’s revenue targets.Meet salesand new client introduction targets.YouYou’re a strong and professional communicator- not an email pest. We need people who love to meet and talk with like-mindedexperts.You’re a closer- negotiating and contract skills are also essentialin this role to deliver the targets set by our established high-performance sales team.You’re a riddle-solver. Strong geological skills are a real bonus, given the people you will be interacting with and the cutting-edgenature of Chemostrat’s work. If you aren’t a geologist but knowyou can still sell our productswe’d still like to talk to you and see just how good your persuasionskills are!You’re a smart worker- slick time management, time keeping and reporting are criticalin sales, but then you already know this.Highly motivated, driven individuals are obviously a great fit for this role, but we aren’t looking for The Apprentice, we’re looking for the real deal, and if that comes in a laid-back package then all the better..You shouldn’t have to work well under pressuresinceyou never let it get that way, but if it does you ‘re still cool, calm and sophisticated while you get the job sorted.You make friends easily, you’re honest with a high degree of integrity.
