Work Schedule: CAN - Mon-Fri 8 hours, 5 days on, 2 off

Location: Fox Creek, Alberta
Champion MOC (Management of Change) process at field level, work with Calgary engineers, vendors to ensure MOC process is followed and projects are implemented in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Ensure maximized revenues from field through optimized production and reduced operating expenses.
Monitor and optimize production
Look for opportunities to reduce field expenditures
Work with Production Engineering Team in Calgary for optimal artificial lift design and installations.
Evaluate & recommend new technologies, make recommendations to conduct workovers.
Assist in the preparation of special studies as required by Superintendent and Production Engineering team in Calgary.
Initiate & manage MOC process for facility and field modifications
Communicating with operations field staff, maintenance crews, and E&I staff to optimize wells daily
Ensure environmentally responsible and safe operation practices are carried out in accordance with government and company policies
Travel to Calgary for meetings, training, planning sessions, and design reviews.
Education, Training & Experience
SAIT/NAIT Tech Diploma – Petroleum, Chemical or other (2 Years)
Zero – Five Years’ experience
Drilling/completions/workovers experience or training. Strong computer skills for production modeling and analysis software and proposals/reports. Knowledge of P&IDs and technical drawings, ability to red-line and mark up. Field Operating experience would be an asset. A Trade certification would be an asset.
