Description

Job PurposePlanning and supervision of exploitation and production
Critical Tasks

Plans and controls activities in exploitation and production on both plants for the purpose of optimal use of assets. Works on development plans and projects for process improvement, Actively participates in projects and obtaining the documentation for mining works.
Produces plans and reports.
Actively participates in creation and monitoring of weekly/monthly production reports, stoppages, fuel consumption and other important operational indicators. Participates in creation, monitoring and control of yearly budget.
Responsible for implementation of exploitation and sanation activites in the quarry and environment protection in all production phases.
Organizes, supervises work and provides instructions for all shift workers, including exploitation and dispatch workers
He is responsible for the proper use of equipment and compliance with technical parameters and quality of final products.
Supervises with continuity work of employees according to the provisions as from the integral management system documentation. Informs the supervisor about noted neglects and possible improvements relating to quality, environment and occupational safety and health

Operational tasks

Gives technical support in accordance with his capabilities and knowledge
Defines and implements actions with the aim of improving location image
Cooperates with sales department for timely and sufficient delivery

Other Requirements

The employee is responsible for the knowledge and application of regulations relating to activities from its scope. The regulations relevant to the work of the company are listed in the ISO document "List of documents of external origin".
The employee is obliged to act according to information about new regulations submitted by the Head of Legal Affairs or his / her direct supervisor.
The employee is obliged to work according to the internal acts, regulations, directives and guide lines of the Company and Group. Information of mentioned before, employee can receive from direct supervisor.
Permanent professional improvement according to working place and line manager requirements.
Performs all other jobs requested by the line manager according to his physical and professional abilities

Educational background (including licenses required by law) University or Post secondary school qualification, Mining Faculty Certification exam
Other qualifications: Knowledge of AGG Industry
