This is an exciting opportunity for the entrepreneurial-minded, as you will be helping build our presence in a new territory.
McKinsey’s renowned advisory services combined with specialized expertise in reservoir/well management, drilling, project management, production optimization, onshore/offshore operations and asset management, allows PAX to integrate with the existing asset team. Together, the team addresses current business and performance challenges to maximize and realize the intrinsic value of the asset, while improving capabilities and sustaining change.
What You'll Do
You will deliver significant impact by applying your industry experience and upstream expertise to advise and support our client teams and top managers at client organizations.
You will have the opportunity to be an entrepreneur, opening up new opportunities for client impact and reinventing McKinsey’s approaches. You’ll be responsible for identifying new client opportunities to advise companies on transformational change and capability building.
You will also lead and advise developing consultants and be an important source of intellectual insight on a client project, framing business problems in a way that the teams can then execute to drive impact and value for the client. Advising and collaborating with individual project managers, you’ll lead the teams on their day to day problem solving, team management and client management.
Additionally, you’ll bring deep functional knowledge, expertise and proprietary tools to every client situation. You’ll manage and develop strategic client relationships while ensuring the highest quality client work and while inspiring, leading, and developing new consultants.
You will have the opportunity to leverage your proven leadership skills and your interest in inspiring others, building strong relationships, and creating a true followership.
